Background

Prior to the 13.3 release, all the objects that are “deleted” (using the delete button) from EPC, are moved to Archive tab in Environment Admin. From there, Environment Admin users could restore objects to their previous parent or to a new parent. However, archived objects stay in the environment indefinitely using memory space and keeping unnecessary data that has exceeded the required law threshold, meaning they don’t meet their compliance obligation.

Manual Purge of Archive

An Environment Admin can manually initiate a purge of all those archived objects, whose purge period has been passed.
