Latest Version of Templates Used for Approval Documents
When a user generates an approval document that uses a default approval template imported into the Document module, EPC now always uses the latest published version of the template, allowing organizations to rest assured that they always use the correct template for object approvals.
Identifier Column Sorting Options
Organizations can now choose the way their Identifier columns are sorted in the List page between:
Alphanumeric – EPC default
Numeric – New Sorting Option
With the numeric sorting, EPC will:
- Group digit only values and sort them numerically and;
- Order them by character length.
Endorsement Cycle History Enhancements
When a user opens an object’s Cycle History pop-up window, the title of a canceled endorsement cycle has been changed to “Canceled Endorsement Cycle” and the border of the box is now yellow to allow users to easily differentiate between completed and canceled cycles.
Last Visited Button Improvement
When a user selects one of the objects in their search result page, the page of the selected object will be now found in the history drop-down list, when clicking on the Last Visited Tabs button.
