Functionality
This function is fairly simple as it allows user to set their organization of tabs in a favorable order.
Customization
To re-order tabs a user simply navigates to the Environment Admin. Page and click on the “Tabs” column where they will be able to select the tab he/she would like to reorder by the 
icon and drag to the desired position.
