People usually have trouble getting started with process mapping because they don’t know where to start: they don’t know which business process to work on first, and they don’t the basic concept of process modelling.
To reduce the complexity of process mapping in your organization, EPC Webapp now allows users who aren’t familiar with BPMN methodology’s best practices to create flowobjects, write a description and associate roles right from the details page of a new process.
This component allows user to define:
• the type of flowobject: start event, task, gateways, subprocess, or end event
• the description of the flowobject
• the role responsible for that flowobject
