Functionality
The Multi-level SOP generation features now allows users to visualize a process and its children when generating a process book. Previously, when generating an SOP, a process book would show only the parent process; however, this update allows users to generate all its children process maps as well.
Customization
Furthermore, to generate an SOP as a PDF, users must set that setting in the Administration settings.
