Functionality
This feature provides users with a generated list of suggested approver and endorsers with results based on similar objects, organizational contexts and general best practices. This will help editors set up and standardize their governance structure.
Customization
When selecting a series of approvers and/or endorsers for either your approval or endorsement cycle, simply select the suggestion drop-down menu at the bottom and choose a suggestion that you believe is best. You will be capable of changing the orders of the selected approvers in the case of an approval cycle set-up. Once all is set and done, you can now begin an approval or endorsement cycle. Note that the type of approval cycle, whether serial or parallel, is respected when choosing suggested approvers.
