The objective of this manual is to assist users with the usage of the Quality Event application.
The Quality Event application enables users to create, investigate, and manage events of unplanned audit findings, complaints, deviations, incidents , non-conformity, etc.
The users will be able to investigate quality events, create action items, or escalate to CAPA.
