Signature tags are available in two formats, depending on whether the number of required signatures is fixed or variable.
@@signature:{signature_name}– Inserts one signature per row.
➤ Use this tag when the number of required signatures is known in advance.
➤ It must be placed inside a designated box, which can be positioned anywhere in the template.
➤ To customize the signature size, adjust the dimensions of the box.
➤ If multiple signatures are required, they will appear side by side (to the right), maintaining the same size.
@@signature[n=X]:{signature_name}– Inserts multiple signatures per row.
➤ Use this tag when the number of required signatures is variable or unknown.
➤ It can be added directly to the template without the need for a box.
➤ Set thenvalue to the desired number of signatures per row (e.g.,n=2places two signatures per row).
Tips & Best Practices
➤ Case Sensitivity: The signature name must always be lowercase in both the Signature Name field and the {signature_name} placeholder.
➤ Page Break Requirement: Insert a page break immediately after the signature tag to prevent overlap with other content.
➤ Signature Box Alignment: Center the signature tag within the rectangular box. Misalignment (e.g., if the tag is too high or too low) may cause the box or tag to appear in the final document.
➤ Spacing Considerations: Ensure adequate left and right spacing within the uploaded signature image and around the signature box for optimal alignment.
➤ Signatures in Tables: If signature tags are placed within a table and multiple signatures are required, they will display in vertical order, one after the other.
➤ Default Placement: If no signature tag is included, the system will default to placing the signature on the second page of the document.
