To set-up Synapse (CORESCORE Reports) in ChiroTouch, you will need to follow the steps below:
1. Open FD
2. Click on Patient Management (Fig. 1)
3. Choose a patient
4. Go to Records
5. Go to Settings (Fig. 2)
6. Enable CoreScore
7. Enable “Use CoreScore 2.0”
8. Add the username and password (Fig. 3)

To import/ View the Scans into ChiroTouch from FD:
1. Open patients Records
2. Go to New – File (Fig. 4)
3. Select INSiGHT CORESCORE File Type (Fig. 5)
4. Choose Scan
5. Choose the date of visit
6. Click “View Selected” (Fig. 7)
7. A scan report will show in another window. (Fig. 8)

To Import/ View the Scans from Provider All-In-One:
To Import/View a scan:
1. Select ta patient from Provider All-In-One.
2. Click “CoreScore” button in the right top of the menu. (Fig. 9)
3. Click the scan. (Fig. 10)
4. Follow same instruction as FD.
