You can supply the following information:
Basic Listing Includes:
• Office Location – To get your office location click the Locate Button and the system will auto populate your Latitude and Longitude position.
• Phone Number
• Office or Doctor’s Name – This determines whether the Office Name or the Doctor’s name appears in the report header.
The Full Listing Includes:
• Office Location – To get your office location click the Locate Button and the system will auto populate your Latitude and Longitude position based on your office address.
• Phone Number
• Office Email Address
• Hours
• Logo
• Photo of Primary Doctor
• Website URL
• Office Biography
• Type of Reports Used
• Type of Equipment Used
• Technique used
• Specialties
Once the above fields are completed, click Save and your online directory listing at www.insightcla.com/findagreatchiro will be updated.
NOTE: Find A Great Chiro is being relaunched and may be under construction for the part of 2017.
