Click on the Manage Patients icon from the task pad and the Online Portal will open. Click the New Patient icon in the top left corner of the screen. The following screen will appear:
Enter the patient information that you wish to track. Please note that the CORESCORE™ and scan uploads require a patient’s full name, Email address, and Date of Birth.
For patients that do not have email addresses please use this format: Firstname.lastname@myCORESCORE.com

Click *Save *at the end of the screen.
Note that after adding a patient on the portal you must either restart the myINSiGHT™ Desktop software or refresh the list of patients on the portal using the refresh button. This button is on the patient panel on all the scan forms next to the list of patients:
