Patients can easily refer friends through their patient portal. The patient should log into the patient portal following the instructions above under section called Login for Returning Patients. Once the patient logs in the be brought to the homepage with a Select My Reports Card button. Click the Refer a Friend button and a pop-up window appears asking for the patient’s Friend’s Name and the patient’s Friend’s Email Address and a place for them to type a message. The patient can then they can preview the email before sending it by clicking the green Preview Button. Or they can just send the refer a friend link by clicking the blue Send Button. The friend will receive an email with your office’s contact information address and a link to your website so that your patient’s friend can have the contact information to become a patient of your office as well.
