NOTE: A new icon with the myINSiGHT logo, will appear on your desktop after a successful installation.
Windows 8 & 10 Installation Instructions:
STEP 1 – Obtaining the newest myINSiGHT™ version:
• Go to https://portal.subluxation.com
• Enter your user name and password
• Click the hamberger menu to expand the menu bar and click on Support Center, you will find a card labeled Software. Open it and follow the onscreen instructions to download the latest version of myINSiGHT™.
• Click on the myINSiGHT icon and follow the prompts to download and save the myINSiGHT™ zip file.
• Right click the zip file and choose Extract All to unzip the file.
• Make note of where the file is being extracted.
STEP 2 – Install the new myINSiGHT™:
• Right click the setup.exe file that was extracted in Step 1.
• Follow the prompts to install the program.
• After the program is installed you should have the new myINSiGHT™ icon on your desktop.
STEP 3 – Attach Your INSiGHT™ Unit to your computer:
• Plug in your INSiGHT™ unit and attach the USB cable to your computer.
• Check to see that the LED light on the front panel of the INSiGHT™ unit is on. If the light is on, then you are ready to use your INSiGHT™ technology with the newest version of the software. If it does not turn on proceed to Step 4.
STEP 4 – Initializing the INSiGHT™ Base Unit for Windows 8 and or Windows 10 user:
• Go to the Control Panel > Device Manager
• To get to the device manager click the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of your screen and type “Device Manager”.
• Find and expand Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
• Find SRS Medical Bio Data Processing Device.
• Right Click.
• Click Update Driver Software.
• Select* Browse Computer for Driver Software*.
• In the sear bar under “Search for driver software in this location follow this file path C:\Program Files (x86)\CLA\myINSiGHT™\Drivers
• Click next and follow the prompts to allow driver installation regardless of any Windows Security Warnings.
• Once the driver is updated, your INSiGHT™ LED light will come on.
Connecting Your Bluetooth Technology to the Computer
CLA offers the following Technology as Wireless Bluetooth Enabled Units:
• Wireless Rolling Thermal (BTRT)
• Wireless Pulse Wave Profiler (Wireless PWP)
• Wireless Range of Motion (3DDI)
• Wireless EMG (NEUROCORE)
The screen shots below may reference a Wireless Technology Different than the one you are currently pairing, please note the instructions and process are the same for each technology.
Windows 8 & 10 Installation Instructions:
Click the Windows Icon in the bottom left corner of your screen and type “Devices and Printers”, the following screen will be displayed:
Click on Add a Device.
The PC will search for the Bluetooth Device, select the device and click next (Your Bluetooth Technology needs to be turned on).
The Technology you want to pair will appear as “Ready to Pair”.
Left Click on the name and a button “pair” will appear, click it.
You might be prompted to enter a passcode for your device, enter “0” (the number ZERO) for the passcode and click NEXT.
When it is successfully connected, you have successfully paired the device.
You can now proceed to Connecting Your Bluetooth Technology to the myINSiGHT™ Software.
Windows 7 Installation Instructions:
From the Desktop, click on the Windows Icon and select Devices and Printers.
In Devices and Printers, click on Add a Device.
The system will show a list of your Bluetooth devices in range.
Select Enter the device’s pairing code, and enter 0 (the number zero) as the pairing code.
Click Close when you receive a message that the device has been successfully added to the computer.
Return to Devices and Printers. You will now see all the devices you have paired (3DDI, BTRT, and/or others) listed under Devices.
You can now proceed to Connecting Your Bluetooth Technology to the myINSiGHT™ Software.
