System compatibility
myINSiGHT™ is compatible with Windows Operating Systems 8, & 10 on a 32 or 64 Bit computer. It is required that the computer have a minimum 6 GB Ram, 200 GB Hard Drive, Intel CORE i3 or i5 or i7 processor, and integrated Bluetooth.

Recommendations

• Additional memory will significantly improve performance of the software.
• Screen Resolution: Minimum of 1024 × 768 required.
  

Internet Connection
myINSiGHT™ is a cloud-based system. Your data resides in a database on our cloud server, not on your local computer. You must have a dedicated internet connection to use the myINSiGHT™ software. You will not be able to login without one. A faster connection will provide better performance saving and viewing scans. There is no way to conduct scans without an internet connection.
