Static Electromyography (sEMG)

This section will go over the sEMG Scan protocols.

The INSiGHT sEMG Smart Sensor measures Electromyographic activity by utilizing state-of-the-art signal processing technology. The INSiGHT Smart Sensor allows for accurate and precise data collection at all spinal regions. The data collected by the Smart Sensor enables an examiner to view an accurate “picture in time” of a patient’s spinal muscle tone and any abnormal muscular imbalance.

You can conduct Static EMG scans using the wired sensors, which plug into the base station, or using the wireless sensors. Both devices use the INSiGHT™ Smart Sensor technology.
