To open the web portal settings page, go to the doctor portal (www.portal.subluxation.com), which can be accessed by either of the following quick links, Manage Patients or View Patient Scans and Reports. Once on the doctor portal, click the gear icon in the top left menu bar of the website and the Settings Menu will open.
Click My Profile and the following screen will appear:
