Texts

Texts are recorded in the tab “Texts” which are used for further processing of a partner sales order:

Sequence number (@IAG_RAT2.U_Txtseq):
Contains the sequence of the text.

Text control (@IAG_RAT2.U_Txtstr):
This content controls how far the text is copied. The following options are possible:

Value	Meaning	Description
R	for partner sales order	This text is not copied any further
W	for goods issue	This text is copied only until the atm-goods issue
D	for norms (EDI)	This text is also applied in the EDI-norms
N	no control

Text placement (@IAG_TAT2.U_Txtplz):
This content controls at which place the text should be printed.

Value	Meaning	Description
TZ	Surcharge
SA	SPA attachments	The text is printed in the forwarding order’s field “Attachments”
SB	SPA loading point	The text is printed in the forwarding order’s field “Loading point”
SG	SPA dangerous goods	The text is printed in the forwarding order’s field “Dangerous goods”
SV	SPA loading bay	The text is printed in the forwarding order’s field “Loading bay”
WA	WBS initial text	The text is printed in the goods receipt/issue slip position as initial text
WE	WBS final text	The text is printed at the end of the goods receipt/issue slip position
N	No control
RA	Invoice initial text	The text is printed at the beginning of the invoice position
RE	Invoice final text	The text is printed at the end of the invoice position

Text (@IAG_RAT2.U_Txt):
Contains a free text with the length of 40 characters.

Creation user (@IAG_RAT2.U_Anlusr):
Contains the user who created the text.

Creation date (@IAG_RAT2.U_Anldat):
Contains the creation date of the text.

Creation time (@IAG_RAT2.U_Anlzet):
Contains the creation time of the text.

Update user (@IAG_RAT2.U_Updusr):
Contains the last user to manipulate the text.

Update date (@IAG_RAT2.U_Upddat):
Contains the date of the text’s last manipulation.

Update time (@IAG_RAT2.U_Updzet):
Contains the time of the text’s last manipulation.
