Production

The tab “Production” comprises information about the production.

Delivery multiples (@IAG_RAT0.U_Lifvlf):
Contains a multiple with which the scheduling agreement can be converted to a requirement plan for procurement. Not in use at the moment.

Processing approval in months (@IAG_RAT0.U_Frtfrm):
Contains the processing approval transmitted via EDI in months. This field is for information purpose. It purports that the supplier can manufacture for the stated months even if there is no acceptance later on, the customer pays regardless.

Material approval in months (@IAG_RAT0.U_Matfrm):
Contains the material approval transmitted via EDI in months. This field is for information purpose. It purports that the supplier can purchase for the stated months even if there is no acceptance later on, the customer pays regardless.

Plus/Minus days production (@IAG_RAT0.U_Pmtprd):
Contains the number of days (work days, relating to the B1 calendar) by which the requirement date for production is postponed. As an example, the value “-5” calculates a completion date that is now set to a week earlier. This date is passed on to the MRP. A flexible safety stock can also be build up with this value.

min. delivery (@IAG_RAT0.U_Lifmin):
Contains a statement regarding the minimum delivery quantity. Not in use at the moment.

Processing approval date (@IAG_RAT0.U_Frtfrd):
Contains the date until the processing approval. This information is usually send via EDI. This field is informative only.

Material approval date (@IAG_RAT0.U_Matfrd):
Contains the date until the material approval. This information is usually send via EDI. This field is informative only.

Plus/Minus days shipping (@IAG_RAT0.U_Pmtvrs):
Contains the number of days (workdays, relating to the B1 calendar) by which the requirement date is preponed to get into the calculations of the shipping proposal.
