The information about the change between two scheduling agreements is saved in the tab “Update” (Update management). The question often arises of how the change between two forecast deliveries can be seen. It is difficult to answer, because the framework conditions under which the change is happening is not defined. For example, a change at the end of a scheduling agreement is hardly interesting.

The following framework conditions are defined:

The time period of a scheduling agreement is divided into four sections:

The first three are important here. The interest to the changes is fading in the fourth section. The length of the sections can be set for each partner sales order.

Relevant variables are defined: “Total change” (in a time period) and the “change” at a certain point in time.

Shipping period under observation (@IAG_RAT0.U_Btztrv):
Contains the length of the observation for the shipping period in work days.

Shipping ending (@IAG_RAT0.U_Ztrendv):
Contains the end date for the shipping period.

Production period under observation (@IAG_RAT0.U_Btztrp):
Contains the length of the observation for the production period in work days.

Production ending (@IAG_RAT0.U_Ztrendp):
Contains the end date for the production period.

Purchasing period under observation (@IAG_RAT0.U_Btztre):
Contains the length of the observation for the purchasing period in work days.

Purchasing ending (@IAG_RAT0.U_Ztrende):
Contains the end date for the purchasing period.

Shipping total change (@IAG_RAT0.U_Gvaztv):
Contains the total change at the end of the shipping period.

Shipping changing point (@IAG_RAT0.U_Vaztpv):
Contains the very first point in time (date) a change happened in the shipping period. If a change is happening in the shipping period, the partner sales order status is set to “Change shipping”.

Production total change (@IAG_RAT0.U_Gvaztp):
Contains the total change at the end of the production period.

Production changing point (@IAG_RAT0.U_Vaztpp):
Contains the very first point in time (date) a change happened in the production period. If a change is happening in the production period, the partner sales order status is set to “Change production”.

Purchasing total change (@IAG_RAT0.U_Gvazte):
Contains the total change at the end of the purchasing period.

Purchasing changing point (@IAG_RAT0.U_Vaztpe):
Contains the very first point in time (date) a change happened in the purchasing period. If a change is happening in the purchasing period, the partner sales order status is set to “Change purchase”.
