On your Assessment Domain, you will be able to filter each domain within your assessment by its respective status. A corresponding count and color will appear within a badge icon for each status currently found in a domain.

Assessment Statement Status Filters

Here is a list of all possible badge statuses that you will come across detailing the completeness of your Assessment Questionnaire:

‘Not Started’ – These are Assessment Statements that you have not entered any information.
‘Incomplete’ – These are Assessment Statements that you have entered information but is not complete. Examples: Not placing a compliance value in each of your maturity scores, check marking N/A in a Assessment Statement, but not placing a required comment for the reason.
‘Complete’ – These are Assessment Statements that are complete and ready for submission to either your assessor for validation or HITRUST,
‘Assessor Review Pending’ – These are Assessment Statements that have been sent to your assessor for validation, but they have not began answering.
‘Assessor Review Complete’ – These are Assessment Statements that have been sent to your assessor for validation and have been completed.
‘Response for Assessor Needed’ – These are Assessment Statements that you have been reverted to you from your Assessor.
‘Response for Assessor Completed’ – These are Assessment Statements that you have responded back to your assessor after their review.
‘Assessor QA Response Needed’ – These are the Assessment Statements that require a response from QA.
‘Assessor QA Response Complete’ – These are the Assessment Statements that QA has completed.
CAP’s Required’ – Once you have received QA responses as complete you will then see a green banner on the Table of Assessment Domains, reading ‘Generate CAPs for this assessment’. Press it, and you will load a badge signalling the CAPs Required for your Assessment Statements, if any.
‘Submitted’ – Once QA has finalized all of the information over the Assessment Statements with your assessor they, the submitted badge will show up on your Table of Assessment Domains.
