To view a shared Report Center URL:
1. Open the shared URL in your browser or scan the QR code from your Certification Report (PDF).
2. Enter your email address, first name, last name, and company name, then click “Access Assessment.”
3. You will receive a verification email. Enter the security code from the email and click “Verify.”
4. Review the Terms of Service. Check the box to agree, then click “Access Assessment.”
5. The Report Center information is displayed.
