The following benefits are available to all full-time employees. A full-time employee is one whose contract is for 30 hours or more per week.

Health Insurance

Medical coverage is available through United Healthcare to all full-time employees. There are three plans from which to choose. A portion of employee premiums are paid by GRACE.

If the date of hire is the first date of a month, insurance benefits begin on that date. Otherwise, insurance benefits begin on the first date of the month following the date of hire. Rates for all insurance plans may be found in the printable summary linked above.

Dental Insurance

Dental coverage is available through Delta Dental Insurance Company and is employee paid. There are two options from which to choose.

Vision Insurance

Vision coverage is available through VSP and is employee paid.

Basic Term Life and AD&D Insurance

Basic Term Life & AD&D Insurance in the amount of $25,000 is provided through Aetna and is fully paid by GRACE Christian School.

Disability Insurance

Long-term and short-term disability are provided through Aetna and are fully paid by GRACE Christian School.

Additional Voluntary Insurance Benefits

The following additional voluntary benefits are available through MetLife at the employee’s expense:

  • Short Term Disability
  • Hospital Indemnity Insurance
  • Critical Illness Insurance
  • Accident Insurance
  • Group Legal Services Plan
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment
  • Term Life Insurance
