All Events (field trips, in-class special days, big role-play days, etc.) should be listed on the GRACE Master Calendar to help others not plan conflicting events.

To get your date on the calendar (even if it doesn’t require any facility requests) submit the electronic Event Request Form found on the GRACE Website at https://www.gracechristian.net/internal/event-request/.

Upon principal approval, the event will be added to the GRACE Master Calendar and appropriate facilities will be reserved, facilities work orders will be generated via SchoolDude, technology services will be notified and transportation/bus reservations will be confirmed. All information included in the event request will be included in the detail on the GRACE Master Calendar and appropriate individuals “invited” to the event.

The master calendar as well as Middle School and High School Testing Calendars are posted online and should be checked before scheduling field trips or special activities.

Please submit the request at the earliest time possible but no later than five working days in advance.
