Payroll is submitted bi-weekly on Monday or at the very latest Tuesday morning.  Please make sure you’ve done the things required below by Monday morning.

All employees who are considered “non-exempt” are required by law to complete a timecard in ADP for payroll purposes.

Time Card Entries for Hourly Employees

For All Hourly Employees -  please make sure your hours for the pay period are in ADP for your supervisor to review.

Using a Computer – Log onto mytotalsource.com with your user ID and Password. Choose “Update My Time Card” on the right side of the home page in the “I want to…” short cuts column. Click on My Timecard and find the appropriate date you worked. Enter time in and time out with hour and minutes. Example: time in is 8:15 AM you can just enter “815” and then hit tab to go to the next field. If it is in the afternoon, such as 2:30 PM, you enter the letter p after the numbers (“230p”). The system automatically calculates the number of hours. Click “Save” to save your entries.

Using the ADP Mobile App – Log on with your user ID and password or fingerprint. Click on Timecard and find the appropriate date you worked. Use the clock to enter your work start time and end time. Click “Save Entry” at the bottom of the screen. The system automatically calculates the number of hours.
