Extend line to plane

With ‘Extend line to plane’, a line is lengthened or shortened until it is intersects or meets another plane. With this command, you can project a point of the floor vertically upwards onto a roof slope, in order to focus this point with the Flexijet.

The function can only be used if folders with planes have been created in the Project Explorer.

In this example, the blue line should be lengthened so that it intersects the roof slope.

1. Select the ‘Extend line to plane’ command.
2. Command line: Please click the target plane in the Project Explorer. Click on the text of the target folder, not the checkbox.
3. Click on the line to be lengthened.
4. The result: The blue line has been lengthened to the roof slope.
