Area/length stamp

Enhanced in Version 3.1 and later!

Calculate the Area and Length of elements by selecting Area/Length Stamp from the ‘Dimensions’ ribbon, or right-click for the ‘Area/length’ stamp shortcut.

Add square feet and length from the right-click menu, or from the ‘Dimensions’ ribbon.

Place a text stamp for an individual element, or select multiple elements to stamp the total area and length of the selected elements.

* Note that elements must be joined into polylines in order to display the area (square feet) of the elements.

To use the Area/Length Stamp:

1. Select ‘Area/Length Stamp’ tool from the ‘Dimension’ ribbon
2. Click/tap to select all the elements, or use the contextual selection options at the top left of the screen to select the elements by selection window or colour.
3. Confirm selection with ‘Confirm’ or ‘Enter’
4. Click/tap, enter coordinates, or measure to place the area/length stamp on the page.
