Unable to use e-PayDay® Hosted’s e-Mail settings

ISSUE: An error is being displayed when attempting to send emails using e-PayDay® Hosted’s e-Mail settings

CAUSE:

1. The e-mail settings require updating.
2. Your domain name is protected using the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record.
   

RESOLUTION:

1. Follow Error Displayed when emailing Pay Slips or Payment Summaries in e-PayDay® Hosted
2. Your IT will need to alter the TXT record on their domain to look like this: “v=spf1 mx a ip4:110.145.239.162 ip4:199.244.72.31 -all”
