Login Questions

The new field of a Login Questions allows you to create a set of questions that students must answer before coming in the studio for that day.

This field was created to help deal with COVID-19 but can be used going forward for any needs necessary.

To Set these questions you will go to Admin -> Registration Settings -> School Login Questions.
To add a question select Add New Question. If you would like them in a specific order you can enter numbers to put them in that order.
You will set Start and End dates to have these questions mandatory to answer for.

To see who has answered the questions you will go to Admin -> Registration Setting -> School Login Answers.
Here you will select dates to pull when students have answered these questions.

There is a report you can pull to automatically see a list of all of the students heading to the studio that day who have not yet answered their login questions.
This is under Admin -> Registration Settings -> Login Questions No Response.

This will show what class they are coming in for and the time of that class.
