  • Physical assault and attack
  • Smoking
  • Drug or alcohol consumption
  • Weapons / firearms
  • Instigating a false fire alarm
  • Bomb threats
  • Possesion/viewing pornographic materials
  • Destruction of property
  • Threats of violence/intimidation/bullying/severe harassment
  • Repeated aggravated behavior
  • Phone Call to Parent(s)
  • Administrative Discipline Referral Form
  • Administrator-Teacher-Parent Conference
  • Out of School Suspension (up to 10 days)
  • Individual Behavior Plan
  • Phone Call to Parent(s)
  • Administrative Discipline Referral Form
  • Administrator-Parent Conference
  • Out of School Suspension (up to 10 days)* Recommendation for Expulsion
