User Account Maintenance

Account holders must log in to their NMDP account at least once every 60 days and ensure their password remains current to keep their account in good standing.

!After 60 days of inactivity, an NMDP user account is DEACTIVATED. After 365 days of inactivity, the account is permanently DELETED. A deactivated account will still appear in the user list in the FormsNet3 Security Toolset. Deleted accounts no longer appear there.

For assistance with a user account, submit a ticket via CIBMTR Center Support. You may also reach out to the NMDP Service Desk directly at 763-406-3411 (or 800-526-7809 ×3411 in the U.S.)

*If you cannot log in, you may ask a colleague to submit a CIBMTR Center Support ticket on your behalf and list you as “Requested For” or “Keep in the Loop.” NOTE: Only individuals with active user accounts will appear in the dropdown lists in CIBMTR Center Support.
