Data

The application is comprised of three sections that contain filterable center data:

1. RFI Survival Statistics by Disease

The Survival Statistics by Disease tab contains a filterable data grid that shows data in the RFI Survival Statistics by Disease report format:

  • Report Category: ASTCT Reporting Category
  • Transplant Type: Autologous or Allogeneic
  • Diagnosis: Major disease selection
  • Disease Detail: Disease details (sub-categories) for non-malignant, solid tumor or other major disease
  • Donor Type: Related, Unrelated or Cord Blood donor categories
  • Conditioning Intensity: Myeloablative or Non-myeloablative
  • Infusion Type: CT or HCT

2. RFI Clinical Statistics

The RFI Clinical Statistics tab contains a filterable data grid summarizing clinical statistics data by year.

3. RFI Patient Level Data

The RFI Patient Level Data tab contains a table of center data corresponding to the RFI standard format at the patient level. Centers can use this table, in conjunction with filters, to correlate transplant records with counts provided in the RFI Clinical Statistics tab and the RFI Survival by Disease tab. Centers can also use this table to identify records with data problems that were not counted on each of the summary tabs.

The filter section is independent from the Survival and Clinical tabs to accommodate patient level detailed data. The Survival and Clinical tabs have summary data and the Patient level tab has detailed data at the individual patient level.

Downloading Data

In the top right of the page header on the “Patient Level Data” tab, two buttons labeled “RFI CT Export” and “RFI HCT Export” can be selected to download the workbooks:

RFI Export Workbook Overview

The RFI CT export and RFI HCT export Microsoft Excel workbooks were developed as tools to assist center users in reviewing and reconciling their transplant data prior to submission. This workbook is formatted to mimic the standard RFI format used for submission. The workbook contains 7 tabbed spreadsheets (accessible from the footer of the workbook):

  1. Definitions
  2. Adult Clinical Statistics
  3. Adult Survival by Disease
  4. Pediatric Clinical Statistics
  5. Pediatric Survival by Disease
  6. RFI*
  7. Data Dictionary

*The data displayed in the “RFI” tab is used to populate the tables in the preceding tabs. Any updates made to the “RFI” tab will automatically be reflected in those tables.
