6.1.2.3. Shipping Instructions

1. Send total RNA in deionized water or any elution buffer at a minimum concentration of 5 ng/µl.
2. Deep immune repertoire profiling requires 100 ng of RNA purified from lymphocyte-rich samples. Using less RNA (e.g., 5-20ng) will reduce the efficiency of detection of low-medium abundant clonotypes.
3. More information on the sensitivity of clonotype detection can be found in Section 2.4.

Shipping Instructions:

• Put the sample in an Eppendorf test tube with # 1-96 labels (attach more information in the sample submission form).
• Put tubes in a cardboard box (containing a grid), close the lid, and tape the box.
• Ship samples on dry ice for international and blue ice for local shipments.
