Installation of Software
Instructions on installation of the software into the systems to be recorded, played back into and the central controlling system.

Setup Test Plan
A test plan must first be setup prior to any recordings being performed or playbacks.

Recording Preparation
This step ensures that the systems to be recorded are in the correct state to do so.

Performing a Recording
This is the process for activating the recording on the source systems.

Review Recordings
Once recording is complete, you should review the recordings that have been captured.

Preparing Playback
Prior to starting the playback process, these steps must be performed to ensure the playback will be successful.

Analyzing Coverage
Coverage analysis provides information on how much coverage is in the recording plus allows the objects to be prioritized.

Execution of Playback
This is the actual playback process, automatically performed by the supporting “bots”.

Review Playback Results
The end result of the process which high-lights discrepancies between what was recorded from the live system and what potential issues have been identified in the test system that is played back into.
