Authorisation

To support enhanced governance within the Template Management Dynamic Locking process, a new authorization activity has been introduced.

Authorization Details

• Authorization Activity: OVERRIDETMOBJLOCK
• Authorization Object: Y_TEADMIN
• Role Assignment: Included in the standard admin role

Functionality

• Enables authorized users to override locking errors in target systems when necessary.
• Provides flexibility for exceptional cases while maintaining audit integrity.
  

Audit Logging

• All override actions are logged with the audit entry: TP: OL Overridden
  This ensures full traceability and accountability for any bypassed locks.
