The Slope is a software simulation of a filter effect pedal. It alters the frequency content of the input signal, letting you remove unwanted frequencies from it and sculpt the sound. It offers a low-pass and a high-pass filter with a roll-off of 12 dB per octave. It also offers band-stop/notch and band-pass frequency responses. It provides controls to set the type of frequency response, the cutoff frequency of the filters, the width of the stopband or passband in band-stop and band-pass modes, the filters’ resonance, the wet/dry signal mix, as well as apply or bypass the effect. The Slope is normally used as an insert effect.
