If you need to change your service plan (upgrade from lite to professional, or downgrade from standard to lite, change from monthly to yearly and etc.), please follow the following steps.
- Use your current user ID to create a new subscription here with the new service plan. If you do not know how to make a new subscription, please click here. Due to PayPal security feature, we can not create or change a subscription for you. You have to login to your PayPal account to create or cancel any subscription yourself.
- Cancel your old subscription. Please follow the steps here.
- If there is any overlapping time between your 2 subscriptions for the same user ID, send email to email@example.com.
- Enter Change Service Plan as subject.
- In the content, please list your user ids, old plan, and new plan.
- Billing will refund overlapping time between the 2 subscriptions.
