If you need to change your service plan (upgrade from Lite to Professional, downgrade from Professional to Lite, change from monthly to yearly, etc.) please see the following steps:

  1. Use your current user ID to create a new subscription here with the new desired service plan. For instructions on how to make a new subscription, please click here. Due to a PayPal security feature, we cannot create or change a subscription for you. You have to login to your PayPal account to create or cancel any subscription yourself.
  1. Cancel your old subscription. For instructions on how to do so please click here.
  1. If there is any overlapping time between your 2 subscriptions for the same user ID, send email to support@asellertool.com.
    1. Enter Change Service Plan as the subject.
    2. Please include your user IDs, old plan, and new plan.
  1. Billing will refund any overlapping time between the 2 subscriptions.
