Add a new device
Each device/phone requires its own unique user id. You can not use the same user id on more than one device. We offer volume discount for multiple accounts for standard and professional plan. The pricing plan is here.
For standard and professional plan, you can sign up a subscription for up to 4 accounts. If you have 5 accounts or more, you need to create one subscription for 4 accounts, then another subscription for additional accounts.
For lite plan, you can only sign up a subscription for 1 account and additional subscription for each account.
To add a new device:
- Create a new unique user id or use your existing unassigned User ID for this new device.
- Cancel your current subscription.
- Make a new subscription with the User ID(s) you are going to use, enter them separated by a comma. (Ex. If you use 2 devices, you need to have two User ID(s) ast1 and ast2 for them. Then enter ast1,ast2 in “Enter your ASellertool user ID” (1) and password of ast1 in “Enter password” (2), then click “Subscribe” (3) )
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the refund request. Please state your User ID(s) and PayPal email.
If you only want to use a new device, you can transfer your account to your new device by following instructions here. If you just download database or transferred your account recently, you may not be able to transfer automatically and have to send us an email to manually transfer for you.
