If you want to send your TurboLister session file to us to troubleshoot, please follow the steps below.
- Go to TurboLister, click Menu
- Click Settings
- Click Export
- Pick a name and save to a JSON file
- If during the chat, you can send that JSON file via the chat. If via email, you can attach the JSON file in the email and send to both email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
