If you cannot start TurboLister on your computer, you can send the log files to us and we will analyze the problem.

  1. On your computer, navigate to File Explorer.
  2. Go to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\FBAListing
  3. Attach 2 files: event.log and performance_log.txt into your email
  4. Email to support@asellertool.com
