In some cases, it is possible, when you try to write a comment (either by highlighting text or replying to comments) that the comment box do not seem to fully open.
We have identified this as a CACHE error, that can be easily corrected. All you need to do is to press CONTROL-F5 (at the same time) to clear cache.
