Zathras & Wubba’s King of the Hill (www.zwpools.com) provides free NFL Survivor Pool Hosting using our proprietary system. Anyone may host their survivor pool here at no cost to the pool or its players.
We also provide a place where players and managers can discuss their pools in either private or public forums.
Zathras & Wubba’s is not a gambling site.
Legal
Zathras & Wubba’s King of the Hill website was created to provide free sports pool hosting for entertainment purposes only. This is not a gambling website. It is the responsibility of those using our free site to determine compliance with the laws in their jurisdiction regarding sports or office pools.
Zathras & Wubba’s King of the Hill is not involved with nor responsible in any way for collection of participation fees, or awarding of prizes for hosted pools using our survival pool software.
Zathras & Wubba’s Original King of the Hill Pool and Zathras & Wubba’s King of the Hill Extreme Pool are privately run NFL survivor “office pools” operated in the state of Ohio. You must be invited to join our pools. In Ohio, pools such as these are legal under Ohio Revised Code §2915.01c, provided all of the fees paid by participants are paid back out to the participants. Zathras & Wubba’s King of the Hill does not retain any portion of the entry fees- 100% is paid out to the winner(s).
