Navigation: From the Main Menu select Setup Entry and then press the Price Levels button.

Here you can setup and modify the different price levels in your system, and specify which price levels are used at which location.

Standard Price Levels

Up to 12 different price levels can be defined by doing the following:

  • Enter the desired name of the price level in any field. The first price level (Price A) cannot be hidden.
  • If you have multiple stores that have different price levels for inventory, you may want to dedicate certain price levels certain stores.
  • If you do not want certain price levels to show up at this particular store check the Hide at This Location button.
  • Press the Save Changes button.

Special Price Levels

Here you can set up customized prices, calculated on the fly, based on costs and any of the 12 price levels defined above. Each price level can have as many rules as you like. For example, say you have some customers that get a special labor rate, and that gets a special discount on certain brands of parts. You would just create a price level with those rules, and assign it to those customers.

Prices Used

Use the drop downs to select the 6 prices levels that you would like to be displayed in the Inventory Search Window. You may also hide certain price levels in the inventory search by checking the Hide box. Save Changes when done.

To set back to original settings press the Use Defaults button.

Customer Prices

Here you can select a group of customers, based on their sales category, price level and/or terms, and assign them to a certain Price Level.
