Navigation: From the Setup Entry menu, select the System Settings button. Then click the Address tab.

The City, State and Zip Code you enter here will appear on all new Customers and Vendors for this store until they are overridden. If you have multiple stores, this information may vary per location. You can enter up to three area codes to be used whenever you search for a 7 digit phone number by pressing the Phone # button in the Search By menu of Sales Entry.
