When an error occurs it is registered on the Subscription Management Site.

Each Subscription Item in the “Subscription” List is processed separately.

Any general error related to a Subscription Item, like bad URL or missing access permissions, is uploaded to the Item in context and assigned to the columns [Last Status] and [Last Message] on the Item in context.

If an error related to a file happens, like bad metadata or unresolved user references, then an Item in the List Event Log is generated with the appropriate error context.
