Enabling a computer to run PowerShell
If you se the error :
File xxxxxxxx.ps1 cannot be loaded because the execution of scripts is disabled on this system. Please see “get-help about_signing” for more details.
Then you must enable your system to run PowerShell Scripts.
To do so – run “Windows PowerShell” as Administrator. Then execute the following command:
Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted

Installation of the PowerShell cmdlets
The easiest way to install the PnP cmdlets:

  • If you have Windows 10 or if you have the Windows management Framework 5.0 installed (for older versions of Windows):
    install-module OfficeDevPnP.PowerShell.v16.Commands
    The install-module will download the cmdlets from www.powershellgallery.com and install them.
