A user ‘System Account’ sent a message to Brett by touching chat link. The message is ‘Hello Brett’. While the chat pane is still open let’s log out and login as Brett.

Brett is logged on and he can immediately see that he has a message from ‘System Account’. He replied “Hello System”.
