Licensing Error

Symptom:

When you try to activate the license for the Lightning Conductor Web Part, a dialog box is displayed with a title: Licensing Error. In the Inner Error #1 section, the description is The remote name could not be resolved: ‘register.lightningtools.com’. You may have to scroll down the dialog box to see the Inner Error #1 section.

Resolution:

This Inner Error description is displayed when your SharePoint server does not have Internet access. Use the Manual Activate method for activating your license key.
