Missing: Lightning Data Viewer Web Part site collection feature

Symptom:

When trying to activate the Lightning Data Viewer Web Part site collection feature, it is not listed on the Site Collection Features page.

Resolution:

Deploy the Data Viewer solution to the Web application where the site collection lives.
