InventoryLab Concept & Benefits

InventoryLab is a web-based application that helps Amazon sellers streamline their product sourcing and listing, along with integrated cost per unit tracking and automated Profit and Loss (P&L) reports. InventoryLab’s bookkeeping features allow sellers to; automatically generate reports down to the transaction level, view profitability reports per unit, easily track expenses and more.

InventoryLab provides solutions to pain points that everyday sellers face, and it covers 3 major areas for Amazon Sellers:

  • Product Research
  • Listing
  • Bookkeeping/Analytics

This “User Guide” is a detailed manual that will cover nearly every functionality and feature that InventoryLab offers its users for these 3 areas. The purpose of this guide is to have written documentation available to InventoryLab users so that they can quickly get answers to common questions. As with our product, we value your feedback on this guide as well, and we will constantly be looking to improve and add on to the guide going forward. Thank you for your interest in our solutions. We value you as a user; no matter your size or experience level in eCommerce.

Onboarding

On signup you will be prompted to connect your Amazon account. This is very simple to do, all you will need to do is click “OK” and login to your Amazon seller account.

Once you have successfully connected your account, you will be prompted to configure your printer setup. If you would like to skip this step or do not have a thermal label printer, simply choose “None” for your option. You can always come back at a later time and setup your printer in the user settings.

When you are finished configuring your printer options, you will receive a message stating your data is now syncing, and will be imported soon. Please note that the initial data sync process can take up to 72 hours.

Free Trial

The free trial offered by InventoryLab is for 30 days from the date of first signup. No credit card is required during this period and you do not need to cancel your subscription in order to avoid being charged, if you decide it is not the right time to subscribe yet. After 30 days has expired, if you have not yet subscribed, you will be required to pay in order to continue your subscription. If you cancel your subscription before the 30 days has expired and then decide to come back at a later date, a payment will be required in order to continue using InventoryLab.
