This report shows how many answered calls each member of the department had and whether the call was answered directly or indirectly. This allows you to see who answers calls, and if calls are being answered indirectly. It has a Directory Filter, Date Time Filter, Call Flow Filter, Call Type Filter and a Response Type Filter.
